The Hindu Temple has really progressed fast and expounds WASUP principles regularly. Prof Gatrad has donated 200 mugs.

Mustard Seed International Church is working actively with Prof Gatrad to help canal and litter clean. Kumi Bonsu will in time revolutionise the congregation behaviour towards plastic with the help from Prof Gatrad.

About the Aaina Community Hub

Aaina provides for local women of all ages and backgrounds who live and work in Walsall. Our service users come from all walks of life and benefit from numerous up-skilling opportunities, support services and health and wellbeing activities in a safe and multilingual environment.

Why Are We Supporting WASUP?

Aaina is very passionate about addressing local issues around litter and fly-tipping which is having a negative impact on our environment locally, nationally and at a global level. We are committed to incorporating the WASUP initiative in the organisation’s operational strategy to raise awareness so that staff and services users commit to thinking of alternative eco-friendly options for a greener planet for future generations.
